I haven't done a favorite things post in a while, so let's go! Today I'm featuring my Etro blazer.  I scored it for $188 at Roundabout; they retail for over $1500. There are so many amazing details that you guys don't see when I do outfit posts so I figured now was a perfect time to share!  I've worn this numerous times since buying it back in December: Mad About You, Valentine's Day and Fire & Rain to share a few.

Also, Daniel Radcliffe and I apparently have the same taste since he wore a similar patchwork style blazer on Kelly and Michael earlier this month: evidence.

Can we talk about how GORGEOUS this Marchesa Voyage dress is? Maybe it's just the photo, but I am in love. I'm not usually one for maxi dresses, deep v-necks or florals, but it is beautiful.  It is also similar to a Free People dress I tried on last month, which is a lot more budget friendly.

Another attempt to keep something that is usually more Fall/Wintery in play for Spring.  I do plan on continuing wearing these black skinnies throughout the Spring, and perhaps into the Summer. The easiest way to do that is to pair it with bright colors and florals.

Random fact about me: I LOVE Little House on the Prairie.  I finally watched the series a couple years ago (after reading the books when I was young) and instantly fell in love. It's funny, cute and also dramatic.  Plus, I also wouldn't mind living in that time, yes, even without computers and phones. The star of the show, Melissa Gilbert, basically grew up on screen and in the 80s had a really great sense of style.  Below are some of her looks, unfortunately a lot have watermarks.

P.S. Not saying all the outfits are good or that I'd wear them, but she can pull them all off. :)

Here's a closer look at last Monday's outfit.  I wanted to wear my Chanel skirt again before it got too hot, so I decided to make it more Spring-like with the bright green sweater. It's so nice to be able to walk to work without a huge coat, it makes such a difference in the enjoyment. I walk 1.5 miles to and from the office so to be able to move more freely is always a plus.

Guess what today is... My 4 year blog anniversary! I can't believe it's been four years since I started this little blog. In those years I've met new friends, some of which have become real life friends too. I started this blog not planning to post any outfits, and now 4 years later I have shared over 450 outfits. I've done a photoshoot for one of my favorite online stores and was chosen to be part of Marshalls Project Fab. Slowly but surely this blog is helping me overcome my fear of social situations, something I've struggled with for years. And now it's on to the next adventure!

Apparently I was into green this week, ha ha. It was gorgeous, weather-wise this week, except for bits of rain, which are only fun when you're able to be inside with a blanket watching movies.

This weekend I went to a surprise wedding shower for my cousin, so it was the perfect time to wear my new Carven Paris map print dress!  I went very matchy-matchy with the look and painted my nails red, wore a purple stoned necklace and my shoes also had a bit of the red in them.

It's no secret that I love Emma Watson, she's one of my favorite actresses and a major style icon.  But I also have a thing for another Emma, Emma Stone. She's adorable, funny and also has amazing style.  Over the past couple of weeks both these ladies have shown that they know what they're doing in the fashion department. So, here are some photos of the Emmas promoting their latest films (Noah for Watson and The Amazing Spiderman 2 for Stone]

Here is a closer look at one of my outfits from last week.  I wanted to pair this blazer with something other than jeans and while looking in my closet noticed the dress matched the orange polka dots on parts of the blazer.  Gotta love when thinks just happen to be a perfect pair.
