Today's photos from my camping trip are a mix of everything we did. From swimming, frog hunting, pretending to be bugs, and visiting my favorite store.  Notice my new friend, Arthur, in two of the pictures. I am such a child!

Some photos from my camping trip in Vermont this weekend.  There was a lot of relaxing by the fire, hiking and playing around in the water! :)  Most of the photos are from our hike Satuarday morning, we decided to try the "Overlook Trail" this year and boy did it deliver! The view was so amazing, I could have stayed there all day. The last picture is my favorite shot from the vacation...LOVE chipmunks.  More to come tomorrow.

I know we are still in Summer, but I couldn't resist sharing this Fall 2013 lookbook from Jack Wills. It is full of lots of my favorite things - jeans, blazers and maroon! Not to mention I would love to have the model's perfectly disheveled hair. Perhaps one of my new Fall purchases will be from Jack Wills! The problem is, choosing one piece, very tempted by this gorgeous Austerberry Blazer but it is a bit expensive.

I always love supporting companies that are conscious of how their clothes are made. According to their site, 'Jack Wills is deeply committed to ethical trading and while we are proud that we design our clothes here in the United Kingdom, we source them from all over the world. The company’s overall aim is to work with international suppliers that have the same ethos as we do here – to make great clothes in a fair, equitable and environmentally conscious manner.'

I originally saw this lookbook on honestlywtf.
There are so many new items in this outfit, well....three! I can't remember the last time I wore this many new pieces in one outfit.  I bought these jeans with a gift card I won from Current/Elliott's instagram contest and I love them! I was going to get plain dark denim but figured I would splurge and get a more fun pair.  And the bag was an impulse buy but I couldn't leave it in the store. Why, do you ask? Because it's my 2 favorite colors - maroon and purple! The maroon looks more pink in the photos, but it's actually darker.  And the final new piece is my owl iPhone case because I bought an iPhone 5!

As you're reading this I am either on my way, or already in Jamaica, Vermont camping with my best friends! This is our third annual trip, but I've been going there since I was 7 or 8 years old.  Most people are shocked when I say I love camping, but it's wonderful to sleep out in a tent and have a nice roaring fire each night and morning.  We don't do full on camping as there are tents (and lean-to's - little cabins with one side missing) and there are real bathrooms.

I'm hoping our weekend is full of relaxing, hiking and swimming in the local river.  We'll also make a stop at my favorite store, The Vermont Country Store, it was always one of my favorite parts of our trips when I was younger.  Have a great weekend and keep an eye out on my instagram, I might post some pictures (going to try to keep off my phone though.)

Notice there are only 3 photos. Sadly I was home sick on Wednesday and yesterday I was feeling a little better so I dragged myself to work and just threw anything on.

By now everyone has seen the Phillip Lim for Target lookbook, but today I wanted to share my favorite looks from the collection and what I'm hoping to scoop up on September 15th.  My plan of action is to wake up super early and order a bunch of pieces online and then go to my local Target right when they open and see what we have in store.  The only problem is sometimes my Target doesn't put the pieces out right away (hence my need to order online and then return.)

I'm going to try to get the BOOM sweatshirt, floral shirt dress, cream and black dress,  jeweled sweater and  maybe one of the leopard pieces. I obviously won't get them all, but those are my favorites. I would LOVE the leather jacket but, as it's $250, it's a bit out of my range.

Here is my final Marshalls Project Fab post, for now!  Today I'm sharing the Michael Kors dress I scored for $20 on clearance! I almost didn't see this but found it on my last quick sweep through the dress section. I didn't even bother trying it on and luckily it fit great! I styled it with all black accessories and, since it was raining when taking the photos, I figured why not take advantage and use my umbrella too! I love how the photos look with the rain droplets!

Dress: Michael Kors c/o Marshalls, Wedges: R2 (DSW), Leather Jacket: Theyskens' Theory (Nordstrom Rack), Necklace c/o Maximal Art, Clutch: delachic, Watch: Skagen (Rue La La), Rings: vintage & Mom's
