It's been a while since I did one of these roundup posts so I thought I would do it with some newer pieces! A couple pieces from pre-2017 also made the cut. We've got a mix of sweaters, jeans and one blouse. I'm a firm believer in wearing what you have and loving it to death. While some of these pieces are newer and haven't had the number of wears some other items in my closet have, they are well on their way! Gotta get that cost per wear down as far as it will go. Almost like a competition!
Saint Laurent silk patchwork blouse
One of my favorite statement pieces is this Saint Laurent patchwork blouse. The prints and detailing are so fun, it makes any piece more exciting. I actually included this in one of my earlier roundups but there have been new outfits since then, so why not share more!
Autumn Cashmere Landscape Intarsia Sweater
From one statement piece to another. I couldn't skip one of my favorite sweaters! When I originally wanted to buy it in Jan 2019 I did a poll and there were some very strong opinions on it, glad I went with my gut and got it! And now there are loads of sweaters like this, ahead of the curve
Stella McCartney Wild Cat Skinny Ankle Jeans
Shall we continue with the statement theme? How about a pair of statement jeans?! They haven't been on the blog much, but they're such a fun piece that I wear a good amount...we just forget to take pictures sometimes, ha ha!
J Brand Maria High Rise in Purple/Aubergine Velvet
Another pair of pants, this time a little less statmenty, but still a super fun piece! I'm a big velvet fan and purple fan so the second I saw these on The RealReal (with tags!) I had to have them. They are super comfortable so I find myself reaching for them time and time again. You'll even spot them below with another piece from this post (and above with my Saint Laurent blouse.)
T. Babaton Green Snakeskin Cashmere Sweater
This sweater is an oldie but goodie! I got it years ago back at a Lucky Magazine blogger event - LuckyFAB. I miss the old days of blogging sometimes, but then again I'd probably be too lazy to go to NYC for an event these days, haha! There are over 20 blog posts with this sweater on the blog. Plus the numerous times I wore it with no outfit photos.
Banjo + Matilda Trinket Embellished Stripe Sweater
Yes, yes, another statement piece. What can I say, they're the most fun to rewear! Apparently I love to wear this with my abercrombie corduroys. They really are the perfect match. Unfortunately the outfit with my Burberry coat isn't the greatest because the pants hit my boots in a weird way. But it is what it is.
