On a rainy day last week I was still determined to take outfit photos so we decided to experiment and take photos under the covered bridge at the entrance to the park we take our walks at. Christian also wanted to try taking (and editing) the photos with his iPhone instead of his usual camera (Panasonic GH5s with a Canon lens.)
Cardigan: Ami dans la Rue (Shopbop), Striped Cashmere Sweater: Alice + Olivia (Roundabout), Jeans: Mother (Marshalls), Rain Boots: dav 'Moto Gunmetal' (and here), Hat: bought in London

What a creative way to stay dry and still take photos outside in the rain! I feel like I've had just about enough rain these days!

That's a great location for photos (you gotta love that it's outdoors but still covered).
ReplyDeleteI always found that my birthday seemed to cause me a lot of stress in terms of planning it, inviting people, etc. My solution, around when I hit 28, was to just stop celebrating beyond a fancy bottle of rose, takeout from my current favourite restaurant, and an evening of watching a movie. Honestly, I've never been happier.

These photos turned out really nicely! It's great you could find a place in the rain to take photos! I'm rarely undercover when taking pics so rain can be tricky sometimes, haha!
ReplyDeleteHope that you are having a nice start to your week! Our heatwave has finally ended which is a relief! :)
