Whenever we go camping in Vermont I have to make the 25 minute drive to The Vermont Country store to get some maple syrup, fudge and candy! This time was no different. We also went to The Bryant House for lunch which is right next door. My boyfriend and I each got the malted waffle and a johnnycake (forgot to take a picture of that) and my brother got the Chicken Pot Pie. Everything was delicious!
For our trip to the store I decided to wear a more normal vacation outfit instead of my camping outfits (jean shorts or hiking gear, haha.)
Cardigan: American Eagle, Dress: Zara, Sandals: old, Bag: Fossil (similar), Sunglasses: Ray Ban 'Erika', Eyeglasses chain: Tinksky (Amazon)
And now some photos from the store and restaurant!

That place looks so cute - I miss those sort of deliberately old-timey stores that were all over New England, they were always so fun to browse in.

Oh yum look at all those lollies (I think you call them candy!) I can see why you had to make a stop there, it looks like such a good place to stock up for some treats for a drive! :)
ReplyDeleteI like your dress too.
Hope that you are having a wonderful weekend! It's really cold here and one of the boys is unwell so it will be another quiet one for us!
