I wore this to go see my cousin in his teen theater production of Bye Bye Birdie last week. He played Conrad Birdie and did an amazing job (even if a girl jumped on his back and messed up his microphone for one song, haha) I'm also surprised by how many pieces these espadrilles go with. When I bought them I was thinking to myself 'do I really have that much I can wear with them?' Apparently so! This is also one of my favorite dresses. I can wear it dressed up, down or in the middle. Perfection.
Dress: Marc by Marc Jacobs (small, small), Espadrilles: Sam Edelman 'Lars' (NETAPORTER), Bag: Marc by Marc Jacobs 'Natural Selection Mini Messenger Bag' (Saks Fifth Avenue), Necklace: SPARKLEFARM (etsy)

These colors look so good together and I think those espadrilles have a long life ahead, you can probably wear them with anything!

You have a lot of turquoise, so I can see why those shoes would go with a lot, plus turquoise just plays really well with a lot of other colors, I mean, what doesn't it look good with?

That dress and sandal combo is pretty great - and I definitely see what you mean about how the dress can be styled up or down.
