It has been QUITE a while since I've owned a pair of corduroy pants. I think I had one pair back in college but I only wore them twice before getting rid of them. They just weren't my thing. But back on Labor Day weekend these skinny cords from Abercrombie caught my eye. I loved the dusty blue color and the slight frayed hem. Speaking of Abecrombie, did you see their latest lookbook?! Gorgeous. So looks like both cords and Abercrombie are making a comeback.
Jacket: Elie Tahari x Kohl's, Top: eight sixty, Pants: Abercrombie & Fitch, Suede Sandals: Lanvin (Net-a-Porter), Bag: Emm Kuo (Roundabout Resale), Sunglasses: Karen Walker via Ditto Endless Eyewear, Necklace: BubuRuby (etsy)
It's been years since I've worn cords but I lived in them for about 2 years in high school - this makes me nostalgic!

I had a pair of cords I wore until they were threadbare back in school, haha! I had a giggle when I saw them back again, but I passed on the trend this time. You look so good in yours I'm rethinking that though - maybe I can get a cheap pair if they are still hanging around next winter :)
ReplyDeleteHope you're having a great weekend :)

They look like they fit you so perfectly, and I love the floral blouse you've paired them with, and that awesome necklace.
