In addition to a style rut, I have also been in a hair rut. So I decided to experiment a bit and did two french braids into a half-ponytail type thing. I was going to pull them into a full ponytail or bun, but thought this looked cute. It also added a bit more interest to this somewhat basic outfit. It's all in the details, right?

I like how your hair looks ! and I think that even though that was not the color of the jeans you had originally expected: I like them more and more when you wear them. I think you do too.
ReplyDeleteHead to toe black always scares me, but I love how the panels on the jeans break it up. I think switching up hair styles is great too the braids came out so well! - when I pulled my hair back the other day Sean commented on how he couldn't remember the last time he'd seen me with my hair back!

Your hair looks great! I'm jealous of how well you can braid, despite having long hair for most of my life I never really mastered braiding! The hair style and the gold statement necklace are really nice with the monochrome black outfit :)

These jeans are stunning! So cool with the different materials.
ReplyDeleteYou have the best hair! Love the little braids and the way you pulled the rest to the side. Happy hump day ;)
