I really like this sweater, but I hardly ever wear it. Why? Because I can really only wear it with my navy tees, everything else looks strange. I tried it with a white shirt here but I don't like it, probably because I'm not a fan of wearing white. Perhaps I need to find an orange shirt to try instead. Or maybe I'll end up selling it so it has a better home.
Sweater: Tory Burch (Marshalls), Tee: Everlane, Jeans: Current/Elliott, Sandals: Ancient Greek Sandals 'Athena' (Gilt), Necklace: Francesca's
I like it with white.
ReplyDeleteHave you tried it with every single top you own ? Well not "try it on" literally, but you know :)
I've done that out of desperation and have been surprised.
It looks great with the top your wearing it with! I have some of those outfits as well that have to be worn together because they go with nothing else- frustrating but I also love them to much to give away!
ReplyDeleteIt's such a unique sweater - I don't think you should give up on it just yet.

I definitely don't think you should give up on this - it's such a cute piece. I wonder what it would look like with red or grey?

I love/hate those pieces that are favorites, but so hard to style! This sweater is adorable though, and you nailed it with the basic T and jeans,

I think that sweater looks really great on you with your hair color and with that necklace and the white t-shirt it looks really fresh !!

That is such a nice cardi! What a bout a grey or black tee with it? If you aren't wearing it much maybe it just doesn't work for you and it would be best to let it go, but try some other coloured tops! :)

Grey and black look funny because it's navy... :( Ha ha.
DeleteI actually really like the way it looks with the white top underneath. I feel like wearing it with navy would be too much and take away from the unique designs on the cardigan. It creates such a nice contrast!
