{outfit} Grandpa Cardigans Rule

Who doesn't love a nice comfortable grandpa sweater? Especially when it's Phillip Lim...for Target, ha ha. So far that has been one of my favorite designer collaborations Target has done. I have 3 pieces from the collection and I still wear them. I can't say the same for the others, which have all left my closet. (Except my floral Jason Wu dress and 2 Altuzarra pieces)

Sweater: Madewell, Cardigan: Phillip Lim x Target, Jeans: Mother Denim c/o Marshalls, Boots: Vince Camuto (Marshalls), Necklace: BubuRuby (etsy)

  1. It's definitely the season for grandpa cardigans (hell, I'm wearing one to work today!). And this one's pretty great - I love the colour.

  3. Cardigans used to be my go-to at one point, but now I can't seem to find them in my closet anymore. I need to get myself a grandpa cardigan too, haha.
Also, love that you still have and wear those collab pieces. It's sad that so many of them were duds in terms of design and quality, but the Phillip Lim one was a good one for sure :)

  4. I still haven't gotten any pieces from any of the Target collaborations! Although I did try on a few Missoni pieces when they went on sale, nothing was left in my size sadly. I got lots of homewares from that collection though, I love the throw rug I got! :)

  5. I love the double sweater action! And you are right, so little that i've picked up from those collabs has survived closet purges. I do actually have the two dresses I paid $20 collectively for from Kirna Zabete (and I don't even know who she is!)
