Everyone ready for the long weekend? This is what I wore last weekend to do some shopping and have lunch with Lydia and Christine! We headed to New Haven and visited Vintanthromodern where I picked up a suede jacket I first tried on 14 weeks ago (according to Instagram) And yes, I cheated and didn't put this in my wardrobe update post because this is such a random purchase not related to the season at all. After we shopped we had lunch at a Thai restaurant. It was my first time having it so I was a little nervous, I'm a VERY picky eater. But it was pretty good!
And yes, the post title is a reference to Bob Seger's Mainstreet (love this song!)

I totally recognize where those photos were taken - that's literally like 4 doors down from my old place! Ah, I miss New Haven.

I love that pink jacket with the floral cami, such a nice outfit. The kind of thing I'd happily wear when it warms up a little. Except maybe the heels, cant' wear them too often haha. Yours are pretty though! :)

That's such a beautiful jacket! I love seeing you in this shade of pink. (And that suede jacket was definitely a must buy. I can see you rocking that all through autumn!)

Now that's what I call excellent colour co-ordination: the jacket, the sandals AND the backdrop - perfect combination.
ReplyDeleteIn love with this entire look! Those heels and that jacket, perfection. I love how you added a simple floral top. Plus it's an easy outfit to go shopping in.
