{outfit} Labor Day Dressing

This is what I wore on Sunday for our Labor Day get together.  I went a little patriotic with the skirt and necklace but didn't want to be too obvious. Ha ha.  This skirt is another one of my $10 finds last year during Coco's Madison store closing sale. It was brand new with tags and I thought it was fun so I picked it up! This is the first time I'm wearing it...oooops! It's a thick skirt though so perhaps I'll try to wear it some more through the Fall too. But then again, I'm not sure I can pull off this shape an length, I have to wear really tall shoes to not look stumpy.

Top: Cullen (Rue La La), Skirt: J.Crew (Coco's), Wedges: Burberry (The Outnet), Necklace: House of Harlow c/o South Moon Under, Watch: Skagen (Rue La La)

  1. I just picked up a skirt over the weekend with the same length and shape and I'm totally planning to wear it into the fall - I think heeled booties will solve any stumpiness issues that I run into (at least I hope it will!).

  6. Really versatile skirt that can be dressed up (as here with those great wedges) or down, with boots for the cooler months. What a bargain too!
