This weekend I went a little crazy with shopping. But I can't help it, I'm a shopaholic! Still sticking with my budget though, I'll just have to be careful the rest of the month. On Saturday I headed to Roundabout, Anthropologie (just to look) and Marshalls! I came out with a ton of great new pieces.
Roundabout: Their clearance sale was starting and I tried on about 20 things. I narrowed it down to three, very difficult. Sadly I left behind a beautiful Dolce & Gabbana dress that was on sale for $120. Here's what I ended up with: a Proenza Schouler sweater, Marc Jacobs cardigan, and Manolo Blahnik shoes! All purple/maroon...the obsession continues.
And the dress I left behind:
Anthropologie: I went in not expecting to buy anything but came across this sweater in the sale section for $30 and it was unique so I picked it up! It's not online anymore but you can search for it on eBay: "Angel of the North Algarve Beaded Pullover Sweater"
Marshalls: I had a gift card for Marshalls for my latest Project Fab challenge and ended up spending double what the gift card was ;) What can I say, I can't resist a deal! More on these soon (you've already seen 2 of them.)

I am such a shopaholic these days, especially for someone trying not to shop!! A part of me wants to go back for that cardigan at roundabout! It was SO SOFT!
ReplyDeleteAnd when I looked at the panther dress online again, it said it was sold out. So I looked at the page on my phone, and it let me place the order... which I had to do, just because the second I saw it was gone I wanted it all the more. Now I'm really just expecting to get a email from anthro saying they can't fill the order, but hell, I had to try it anyway. If it shows up, it shows up. I'm such a nut.
Chic on the Cheap
Oh nooo that Dolce & Gabbana dress was so pretty! Ahh but your other finds definitely make up for it!
ReplyDeleteLove everything...especially that Anthropologie sweater. So different and cool.

What a haul! You truly are a shopaholic LOL. I've been trying to save - making the odd purchase on eBay instead (pretty much $30 and under at the moment). You should've bought the D&G - it looks so classie on you.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you had so much fun, I'm a frugal shopaholic just like you! :)
