It was on the warmer side this day so I decided to forgo a coat and wore a sweater with a blazer. And I had to wear my new favorite shoes even though there was rain in the forecast. Luckily the rain didn't come until I had made it home. I did have a backup pair of shoes in the car ready for action.

I'm such a fan of those shoes! I'm hoping to make it to that film sometime in the next few weeks - I hear it's better than the first installment which I really didn't like (I just felt it took far too many liberties with Tolkien's text).

I am such a sucker for an animal print smoking flat, so obviously I want to steal those shoes right from your feet! Also, I love that I'm not the only one who keeps back-up shoes in the car because I insist on wearing shoes that may or may not be a terrible choice for the weather. That's totally normal, right? ;)
