I wore this outfit last weekend for a very busy day. I started off grocery shopping, then headed to Roundabout Resale where, luckily, I didn't find anything I liked. Then I went to the Historical Christmas Barn with my sister and her boyfriend with the intention of buying some adorable Hot Skwash velvet pumpkins and ended up buying a fun reindeer ornament, Comet, by Patience Bruster. Sadly they didn't have any of the small pumpkins in the colors I want (purple & maroon.) After that it was off to Marshalls and Trader Joes. The day ended by going home and carving pumpkins with the family! I made a Harry Potter pumpkin, he's so cute - see!
I took the opportunity to wear a fun new cuff that was sent to my by Fibi and Clo, it is so "me" because it has a lion on it and we all know what that means - GRYFFINDOR! Ha ha. It always goes back to Harry Potter. Anyway, they recently launched a closed shoe line with a few of adorable ballerina flats. My favorite is the leopard, of course. They are mainly known for their super cool line of sandals which come in a wide range of styles. The lovely folks over at Fibi & Clo also sent me these amazing Monoco sandals, such a shame that it's too cold to wear them at the moment. But I can wear them walking around the house until it's warm enough (see below!)
Cape: b chyll (Roundabout Resale), Hoodie: Hollister, Jeans: Free People, Boots: Eighteen68 'Megan' (Gilt), Bag: Marc by Marc Jacobs (Saks Friends & Family Sale), Sunglasses: Marc by Marc Jacobs (Shopbop) gift card, Watch: Skagen (Rue La La), Rings: vintage & Mom's, Necklace: Geoclassics, Lion Cuff c/o Fibi & Clo,
A couple shots of the sandals:
* I received the cuff and sandals for the purpose of this post, but all opinions are my own.

I like the hoodie layered under the cape, that is so cute, and your new little reindeer is adorable. I love buying ornaments and always look forward to decorating the tree.

I've never owned a cape, I feel like I'd be cold wearing it or that it makes me look bigger.

That cape is so nice! It looks super soft and almost like a cardigan only it's real drapey!
ReplyDeleteYou know, I never had any opinion on capes before, but I'm really beginning to love them, especially when paired with a great boot! Also those sandals are amazing. They make me want to take some kind of tropical vacation!
ReplyDeleteThat cape was a major score, just perfect! Loving that bag too!!
