I hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving and long weekend [to those who celebrate of course]. I had a lovely, relaxing time! We still have one day left of the weekend, so make it a good one! Here are some photos from Friday when we went to get our Christmas Tree. There are a lot of photos, so beware, I hate choosing what photos to post! It was SO sunny on Friday that almost all my photos were taken into the sun so there are tons of rainbows, ha ha. It was also quite warm, very weird...it doesn't feel like Christmas is a month away. I DON'T LIKE IT! Get cold!!! [I'm going to regret that...]
Outer Sweater: Ralph Lauren (Goodwill) $8, Red Sweater: Madewell via ShopBop gift card, Leggings: H&M $15, Boots: Borrowed from Grandma
On Thanksgiving my sister and I decided to make Christmas countdown things like we used to when we were little. All it takes is strips of red and green construction paper, and tape/staples. You make a strip for each day left until Christmas and make circles with them intertwining them together. Then each day you take off a ring!
And as an added bonus, here is a rather amusing photo. You guys always see my serious side (...), but I am actually quite insane. ;) I laugh ALL the time and I cry every time. I can't even remember why I am laughing in this picture, but this is how you will see me most of the time.
Oh I love your fur-boots! they look soooo comfy and waaarm ;-) xxx Anita

ReplyDeleteI've missed going to the farm cutting down the tree, the past few years we've gone the parking lot route, since so few places are still doing cut your own.

Chic on the Cheap
I love that you like to have a good time! I have a fake tree now, but when I was younger we always went to look for a big fat tree. Good Memories. Way to look chic doing it! :)
