Here is my dream outfit for visiting a Christmas Tree Farm which I did on Friday [evidence in this post]! When picking out your Christmas tree you want to be warm, comfortable and still look great. You and your companions will want some warm hats, plenty of snuggly sweaters and cardigans, and more. For these looks I went for some leggings, Christmas/Winter sweaters, an awesome coat and durable boots! And we can't forget gloves, hats and scarves, but it isn't that cold yet this year so I just did a hat! I went a bit red crazy in the first look...but come on, it's Christmas!
Coat: Moschino $2855
Leggings: Current/Elliot $795
Boots: Rag & Bone $795
Hat: N.Peal Cashmere $67.35
TOTAL: $5587.35
And now here's a Dress for Less for good measure. I tried to do under $150, but I was bad and went over by $5 ;)
Sweater: Mossimo Supply Co via Target $24.99
Coat [there's a red version too]: Merona via Target $59.99
Leggings: H&M $14.95
Boots: Xhilaration via Target $49.99
Hat: Forever 21 $5.50
TOTAL: $155.42
i badly want to own that stella m sweater.
ReplyDeletethe red garments are so adorable, that's the look to wear during christmas :)

ReplyDeletehave you seen my new post ?
great outfits - I am in such a need of some dark brown flat boots - these look perfect.
ReplyDeletethe moschino coat is soo precious, and I think I need to add those Rag & Bone boots to my xmas list!
ReplyDeleteAhhhh these make me giddy! I SO want to wear one of these outfits (or both of these outfits with a dramatic wardrobe change in the middle of my day) to da tree farm! As much as I dislike winter, I must admit I enjoy it for a couple of reasons: first of all, and most importantly, the FOOD, and secondly, all the warm, cosy knits. Love love love.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't say no to that Mochino coat! Haha, I can't believe you're already getting so Christmassy... at least wait until December! :D
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness!! I am so LOVING that first outfit. That shade of red is amazing and the entire ensemble is just so 'me' - Especially that coat :)
ReplyDeletethe sweater in the top collage is soo cute! wish it didn't cost and arm & a leg!

ReplyDeleteThe flat boots are what I need here when it rains.
ReplyDeleteI love that red coat.
ReplyDeleteI agree I really like that red coat but I also really like your dress for less outfits too.
ReplyDeleteWhereas that Stella McCartney sweater is gorgeous it is not worth over $1,000. I think you did a wonderful job making a great look for less. I dig those H&M leggings. Might have to hunt those up!

that's so cool! I don't think that you must buy expensive clothes to look good in them. I only invest in good looking faux leather bags or real leather bags, and nice jewellry, and normally i try to buy good shoes, but for the rest - so what ;-) xxx Anita
ReplyDeleteI can't believe that sweater is Target! MUST have it!
ReplyDeleteI saw the first sweater and immediately went to add it to my wish list ... and then saw the price tag. Haha! The Target one is a great alternative!
