Before I start my recap, I wanted to take a moment to remember those who lost their lives 9 years ago today on September 11th. I can still remember that day, I was in science class when we heard rumors about something happening in NYC, then in Spanish class we watched the news and saw what happened. Later in the day I went to visit my grandmother in the hospital (in CT) and we could see the smoke from the towers from her room. It was a tragic day and we should never forget all the heroes and workers who died that day. Rest in Peace.
Today is also my mother and father's Anniversary. So I'm cooking dinner tonight as an anniversary gift, perhaps I shall do a little entry on what I make if it is exciting enough, still not sure what I'm making ;)
And lastly, for those that asked. My job is a Junior Programmer and Graphic Designer at a Marketing agency. So I code websites and do some Graphic Design when there is no coding to do. Pretty fun stuff. :)
Another very interesting week on Project Runway, this week I disagree with who they sent home (won't spoil it though) and I wish another had won, but I still liked the winner's look ;) The challenge was Resort Wear (it was a bit hard to choose my Top 3, they were all pretty close, except the first one, that is my favorite):
TOP 3
BOTTOM 3
ALMOST IN TOP 3
IN BETWEEN

ReplyDeletei should catch up on Project Runaway. thanks for this post.
I love that black dress in the top 3. :)SarahD
ReplyDeleteThanks for the reminder to pause today to remember all the lives lost on 9/11. <3
ReplyDeleteI actually wanted the swimsuit to be the winner - I thought it was flawless (even though I didn't love the color choice). I feel bad for the one who went home. Because the other one on the chopping block deserved it.
Happy Anniversary to your parents! Very nice of you to cook dinner...I hope we get to see what you made!
ReplyDeleteI think my favorite is actually the first one in your bottom three column! I like the first one in your top three, but the part covering the naughty bits could be a bit bigger.
Some really great choices!

Those dresses are so lovely!
ReplyDeleteOddly enough, I liked the "In Between" outfits the best.
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary to your parents! :)
Xx
i loved the outfit that won but I agree that who went home really shouldn't have. And don't you just love Mondo and his attitute?
ReplyDeletePs I really like your header, very cute.
In your "top 3", I like the purple thingie (whatever it is). It's very pretty and the lines are perfect. I need to get back to watching Project Runway!
