The fur/leopard piece I chose is a bit expensive, but the rest of the outfit is simple to off-set the wildness of it. Does anyone else think snood is a funny word, it makes me giggle every time I hear it (and it reminds me of White Christmas "what did you do with it, leave it in your snood?", love that movie). Did you try to exchange it for store credit or a different item from the store? They give you a hard time for credit, but not if you are just swapping for some other piece of clothing in the store (at least from my experience).
