The weekend before Thanksgiving I went to a little get together Lydia had at her place so of course I took the opportunity to wear this gorgeous suede jacket. I had been saving it for when she could take my outfit pictures because she makes everything look 10x more amazing than it is. The story of me getting this jacket is quite long. I first saw it in March of this year when we went to a thrift store but I left it. Months later (July) I was still thinking about it so I went back to buy it! Then I had to wait even longer before it was cool enough to wear.
Really looking forward to going full on 70s and wearing this with my Free People flares soon. The color, and the fact that fringe and suede are in, make it a great statement piece for the Winter. Will you be sporting fringe and/or suede this season?
Also - told you this bag hardly left my arm since I bought it! It's been in 3 outfit posts in one week, haha! It seriously goes with everything! That's what I love about statement bags in weird colors, you can wear them with whatever you want.
As usual I had to narrow down from too many awesome pictures thanks to Lydia's talent. I went from 92 to 14...not bad! I was going to break it into 2 posts but figured I would spare you.

Haha, we always take too many photos, but they did come out great! The fringe jacket was worth the wait and with the weather right now it will be the perfect piece.

ReplyDeleteIt's funny, this is the second blog post I've come across in my blog reading (toddler napping!) time today with a vintage, thrifted fringed suede jacket. Everything really does go in cycles, it's all coming back in a big way! :)
