I feel like a cool New Yorker in this grayscale look, unfortunately that couldn't be farther from the truth. I'm just a geeky girl who happens to work in the city but spends her nights and weekends on the couch watching TV and movies all alone. I don't go out drinking and don't listen to the cool new music (give me James Taylor, The Eagles, The Beatles, Billy Joel, etc. any day.) I'm a loner, and I actually like it that way. What is your deep dark secret? :p
Sorry to get all weird on you there, I guess this goth-y look brought out my dark side, ha ha. Moving on - I love this look, it's comfortable but I still look put together. Even though it's all one color it's not boring because of print and texture.

I love this on you - you definitely look uber cool (and a little tough). I like going out for drinks the odd time but I'm also a pretty stay at home gal - give me my couch and a movie any day!

this is totally cool, I love that skirt on you. and its okay to be a little geeky. I don't think listening to listening to new music makes me any less of a dork, probably more so because i always go for the indie stuff no one else has heard of.
ReplyDeleteGirl, not everyone wants to be out and about every night!! And not everyone loves what's out on the radio!! I'm pretty much in the middle..I love cozy nights on my couch and I love a good night out once in a while (I wasn't like that when I was younger ahem since I'm on the verge of being a granny blogger haha!). And whatever music you like and whatever you choose to do after work is all good because we still love ya!!! Hey, you do get some great bargains when shopping - don't forget that! Anyways- I love this monochromatic look- the sweater looks so good and I love the owl necklace my fellow owl lover!! haha I'm silly today
ReplyDeleteLoving that skirt as always, and I'm loving the sunnies, too! You do look pretty fierce ;) and hey, being true to yourself is the coolest thing a person can be!
