Maroon Suede Shoes

Yesterday was my first day having to take photos in the morning before work because of Daylight Savings. I took advantage of the clocks falling back and decided to start getting up at 7am instead of 7:30 so I could take photos and still have time to comment on blogs and have breakfast before leaving for work at 8:20...phew!  It actually wasn't too horrible so I think I'll be able to do it, until it gets freezing cold in the winter ;) The only problem is my roommate's car is still in the driveway so my space for photo taking is limited...oh wells! We shall survive!

Moving on to more important things...my outfit!  I'm wearing my awesome Alexander Wang Freja booties from The Outnet.  This time I decided to go wild and wore them with my new H&M suede-like leggings that I HAD to buy after seeing them on Lindsey of Saucy Glossie. Then I paired that with my awesome purple top and a comfy sweater. I wanted to go out just like that, but it was a bit inappropriate for work so I threw on a jean skirt (still not entirely appropriate, but they know I'm crazy)

    Yep, I'm definitely into the shoes you're wearing. I like the design, but the plum colour is seriously killing me - its so so pretty. Perfect autumn colour.

    Those booties were SUCH a great buy. They'll look fantastic all winter long, and even in the spring with shorts and simple button-downs. And I think you could have gotten away with wearing this outfit without the skirt, but I guess it all depends on your office culture!
