Perfection in Leopard Sandal Form

To say that I am obsessed with these Miu Miu Calf hair leopard sandals would be a major understatement. Ever since I laid my eyes on them I have wanted, no...NEEDED them in my closet. I will have no other leopard sandal, none can measure up to the awesomeness of these. They are gorgeous, the leopard print is perfect, the shape of the shoe and the design of it is just amazing. You can wear them alone, with tights or socks....and if you're the Man Repeller you can wear them with ANYTHING.

When these came out I could just not afford to spend the $795 on them (well...I could have, but that is an insane amount of money to pay for shoes so I couldn't justify it). Sadly I cannot get them out of my mind so for the past, I dunno, 6 months I have been scouring ebay to find them. Whenever I see them my heart skips a beat and then I look at the size, most of the time they aren't my size and I get very depressed. BUT if they are my size my stomach drops as I look at the price, the last pair I found was $1200...UM NO! So I am still on the hunt and on Friday I saw a pair for $500 (still WAY too much but that is how bady I want these) but sadly they were a half size too small...and they sold less than an hour after I saw them, so I need to be fast when I find my size!

So if anyone ever sees these in a size 38 - 39 PLEASE let me know! I will love you forever! My real size is a 38.5, but sometimes these run small so a 39 could possibly fit. What would be REALLY amazing is if The Outnet got these in stock soon since they usually get items after Net-a-Porter, but these were so popular that I doubt there are any left... *sigh*

Hmm, I really only like leopard in isolated circumstances but I must say that Miu Miu has the best shaped shoes. And that the last outfit featuring them is amazing, with all the clashing prints. In the very unlikely situation that I come across a pair of these in your size, you will be the first one to know!

Those are GLORIOUS! I'll keep my eyes peeled. What is it about Miu Miu and their designs? It seems like once a season they have something I DREAM about for months to come.

The Man Repeller girl wears them really, REALLY well! She proves to us how versatile they are, which, IMO, makes spending tons of money on a piece not as bad. Still, $500-$800? Hmm!

Yeah... that is a lot for a pair of shoes, but when it comes to obsession, sometimes you just have to. like, you are powerless... and what the hell, its only money... you've probably spent far more than $800 on stuff that you ended up throwing away without ever really using.

I am SO with you on these. Unfortunately, my other shoe obsessions this season are equally hard to come by: the trompe l'oeil glitter sandals from Miu Miu and the Prada creepers. Not that I could afford them anyway!
